The meeting opened with a review of 2025 results and consideration of measures for 2026.
"According to annual results, local budgets in the Transcarpathian region received 31,886,000 UAH in tourist fees. This is 37.6% more than in 2024 and 13.8% more than in 2023. These figures reflect increased tourist activity and a more organised market," said Vasyl Ivancho, Deputy Head of the Transcarpathian OVA.
