Tech StartUp School Team Joins Regional Extracurricular Forum

For the third year in a row, the team has been joining the Extracurricular Forum, organized by the Department of Education and Science of the Lviv Regional State Administration. On October 16, the Forum was held under the slogan "Extracurricular Development - the Path to Victory".

In total, the event brought together about two thousand participants from the Lviv region. Our team held master classes in robotics, video game development, biotechnology, and 3D modeling within the Forum.

"They saw with their own eyes how 3D printers work, got acquainted with the basics of robotics, and learned how intelligent devices are created. In the biological laboratory, the children tried themselves as real scientists - they experimented with plants and extracted chlorophyll from them themselves. No less interesting was the meeting with drone technologies: schoolchildren learned how drones work, and also tried to control them in a virtual environment," - shared information about the event at Tech StartUp School, Lviv Polytechnic Department of Education and Science of Lviv Regional State Administration.

Such events are a great opportunity to demonstrate to schoolchildren that education is interesting, creative, and innovative. Each of the participants felt like a researcher, tried to independently manage and coordinate the work of robots, experiment in laboratories, create today and tomorrow. We believe that extracurricular activities support schoolchildren's interest in knowledge, foster creative, engineering thinking.
